"My mom booked this coffee cart caterer for my baby shower and paid in advance via Zelle. They were supposed to arrive 45 minutes before the event, but they never showed. We called and texted Drew multiple times and they finally replied after the event had already started, saying their truck was inoperable. We sent them the information they asked for to process a refund and requested the money back through Zelle. Really disappointing experience!"
